Think Talks is Aurum Foundation's dynamic platform for fostering dialogue and sharing knowledge on topics that matter. Through our TED-style events, and disruptive Qantas we bring together thought leaders, advocates, and experts to explore key issues such as diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), intersectionality, and social justice. These conversations are designed to inspire change, challenge conventional thinking, and offer practical insights into creating more inclusive and equitable communities.

Each Think Talk event is co-designed with communities, ensuring that the voices and perspectives of those most affected by these issues are at the forefront. Our speakers share personal stories, innovative ideas, and actionable strategies that resonate across sectors—whether you're from a business, government, non-profit, or philanthropic organisation.

Beyond the events, Think Talks content is made available online, allowing for wider access to the ideas and conversations that drive change. Think Sport: Launches October 1

At Think Sport, we dive into the complex and powerful intersection of diversity and sport. Our platform brings together athletes, advocates, and thought leaders to discuss how factors like race, gender, sexuality, and ability shape the sporting world. By amplifying diverse voices and experiences, Think Sport aims to inspire more inclusive practices in sport, encouraging teams, organisations, and fans to embrace the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion both on and off the field.

Think Voice

Think Voice is a platform for meaningful dialogue about the connections between multicultural communities and First Nations peoples. Featuring expert speakers and advocates, this event focuses on the 2023 referendum for a constitutionally enshrined Indigenous Voice to Parliament. We explore what this historic vote means to and for multicultural communities in Australia, addressing key issues of representation, connection, and inclusion. Think Voice aims to foster understanding, unity, and mutual support across all communities as Australia faces a pivotal moment in its history.

Think Pride

Think Pride is a celebration of LGBTQIA+ voices, stories, and achievements. Through engaging talks and events, we bring together community leaders, allies, and activists to explore the progress made in the fight for equality and the work that remains. Think Pride shines a light on intersectionality within the LGBTQIA+ community, addressing how identity, race, gender, and sexuality intersect to shape experiences.
