This groundbreaking event, presented by Just Gold in collaboration with RMIT University, is set to explore the future of technology, design and enterprise through the lens of business, society, and life. Scheduled to take place on the 20 & 21 March 2025, Think 3000 promises to be a dynamic platform where thought leaders, innovators, students, and community members come together to shape the conversations of tomorrow.
About Think 3000
Drawing inspiration from Melbourne's iconic "3000" postcode and Just Gold's Think platform, Think 3000 is a future-focused conference featuring TED-style ThinkTalks, democratic Q&As (Think X), innovative hackathons, and hands-on workshops. Backed by the City of Melbourne and the Victorian Government, this event brings together diverse perspectives to tackle critical issues and generate meaningful dialogue.
With the tagline "Think what's next," Think 3000 is designed to push the boundaries of what we know and create a comprehensive understanding of the themes shaping our future.
Conference Themes
The Think 3000 Conference will delve into essential themes, each explored through the lenses of business, society, and life: Technology — how technological advancements are reshaping our world and driving progress. Design — the intersection of creativity and functionality, and how design can lead to sustainable solutions. Enterprise — the future of business, where purpose-driven enterprises pave the way for impactful growth.
Within these overarching themes, the conference will also focus on social entrepreneurship, commercial transformation, social impact, impact investing, ESG, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, artificial intelligence, design and sustainability, purpose-driven enterprise, gender equality, and intersectionality.

How to Apply
To express your interest in participating, please fill out our Expression of Interest Form. Provide your contact information, a brief bio, and a description of how you would like to contribute. Our selection committee will review all applications and successful applicants will be notified via email.
Important Dates: Expression of Interest Deadline — 19 November 2025. Notification of Acceptance — 14 December 2025. Conference Dates — 20 & 21 March 2025.
