Impact

What changes because we exist

We publish what we measure, how we measure it, and what our evidence does not yet show. The Autistic Pride Day Impact Framework sets out reach, outputs and outcomes for our flagship initiative from 2023 to 2026, with the method and instrument behind each figure and the limitations stated on the face of the document.

Reach

Active across 22 countries, with Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States the largest audiences. More than half of those we reach are individual autistic people, families and allies rather than institutions.

Outputs

Conference participation of 60 in 2023, 80 in 2024 and 150 in 2025. Autistic speakers and professionals platformed rising from 20 in 2024 to 34 in 2026. Campaign partners rising from 8 in 2023 to 18 in 2026.

What beneficiaries report

From 142 responses to the 2025 post-event survey:

86%
Overall satisfaction
92%
Community and inclusion
88%
Content quality
85%
Venue and accessibility
87%
Networking

These are attendee self-reports, not third-party validation, and the framework says so.

What we do not claim

Reach is exposure, not outcome. Satisfaction is perceived value, not behaviour change. We evidence contribution to early links in our theory of change and do not claim sole causation of later ones. Publishing the limits is part of the method.
