Our policy toolkits give businesses, non profits and social enterprises step by step guidance for developing policies that align with best practice in governance, ethical standards and intersectionality, covering organisational diversity, anti discrimination, inclusive recruitment and workplace equity. They are released progressively through Aurum AQ on the Aurum Learn platform.
